Group registration

2024 Group Registration (via spreadsheet)

Group registration is available for groups of 3 or more billed to the same entity.  

Step 1: Proceed to the Gonzaga Registration System link. Click on "Group Registration" "View Detail".  Indicate the number of conference attendees you will be registering.  Fill out the contact information for the person submitting the group registration. 

Step 2: Download the spreadsheet from the site and enter name and email information for each attendee.  Email the spreadsheet to Ridge Bynum at Gonzaga University (address provided in the above link). Use exactly the example format for the information in your spreadsheet. (A PDF or a screen shot is not acceptable.)  In the Subject Line please indicate Group Registration for (your organization name) .

Step 3: After your spreadsheet file is received, an invoice will be sent through Gonzaga University's registration system. Please follow the instructions to pay either online or by check. Once payment is received, each registrant in your spreadsheet file will receive an email notifying them of their registration. 

Payment can be made by credit card (preferred) or by check. If by check.  Please follow the instructions on the invoice.
